The SAI Poland organised the autumn meeting of the EUROSAI Working Group on Environmental Auditing (EUROSAI WGEA) on 19 and 20 October 2021. The topic of the session was Green Transition that is the priority of the European Union, which prepared an action plan called Green Deal. Its objective is aimed at climate neutrality for Europe by 2050, to boost the economy using green technology, provide sustainable industry and transport and reduce emissions.
Video conference was attended by more than 60 representatives of several EU SAIs – also by the Court of Audit, and European and international guests and observers among them also the representatives of the European Commission, academic sphere, the European Association of Remote Sensing Companies (EARSC) and the Youth Council for the Environment at the Polish Ministry of the Environment.
