On 13 October 2021, the President of the Court of Audit, Tomaž Vesel, met the European Parliament mission to Slovenia responsible for the assessment of facts, namely to review the existing situation in the field of rule of law, freedom of the media and fight against corruption.
Mr Vesel and delegation of Members of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE Committee) exchanged their views and opinions on the current situation in Slovenia relating to the rule of law and operations of the Court of Audit.
