The Court of Audit participated in the event on the topic of the 2021–2027 European Cohesion Policy implementation system organised by the Ministry of Cohesion and Regional Development on 20 April 2023 in Ljubljana. In her introductory presentation, the Supreme State Auditor mag. Katja Božič outlined the powers and responsibilities of the Court of Audit in the field of auditing the absorption of the EU funds and pointed out key risks, main findings and recommendations of the Court of Audit pertaining thereto. Held was also a discussion on the findings and, after describing the current situation and new developments of the 2021–2027 European Cohesion Policy implementation system, opinions about possible proposals for improvements were exchanged.
