The Court of Audit Annual Report 2017 presented to the President of the National Assembly

President of the Court of Audit, Tomaž Vesel, presented the report on the operations of the Court of Audit in 2017 to the President of the National Assembly, dr. Milan Brglez. President Vesel stressed that it is vital to protect the independence of the Court of Audit in future, in terms of providing sufficient funds for the operation of the Court. Another particularly sensitive area of the auditing process are sanctions imposed by the Court of Audit – to effectively remedy irregularities from the past and to efficiently guide future activities.
